Job Description:
- FARO Operations: Operate portable FARO CMM arms (Arm Edge/Gage) to perform 3D dimensional inspections, reverse engineering, and CAD-to-part comparisons.
- Inspection & Measurement: Perform dimensional inspection of complex components at various production stages (In-Process Quality).
- Programming & Software: Utilize FARO CAM2, PolyWorks, or Geomagic software to program and create inspection routines.
- GD&T Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications according to ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Reporting & Quality: Generate inspection reports and identify non-conformities (CAPA) to ensure product quality.
- Maintenance: Perform on-site calibration and handle precision instruments to maintain accuracy
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a CMM Inspector or FARO Operator.
Software Proficiency: Experience with FARO CAM2, PolyWorks, or similar software
