Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, handling end-to-end development, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js
Build robust backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/Nest.js)
Work on end-to-end feature development (frontend + backend)
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Collaborate with internal teams and directly communicate with clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Deploy and manage applications (basic DevOps knowledge preferred)

Required Skills
Strong experience with:
React.js & Next.js
Node.js (Express.js or Nest.js)

Good understanding of:
REST APIs & WebSockets
JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
HTML, CSS, Tailwind or similar frameworks

Experience with databases:
MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Familiarity with:
Git & version control
API tools like Postman
Basic cloud concepts (AWS preferred)

Must-Have
Client communication skills (very important)
Ability to handle discussions, requirement gathering, and updates independently
Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude

Good to Have (Bonus)
Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.)
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker)
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Basic understanding of AI integrations
