Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, managing end-to-end development, and engaging directly with clients to deliver effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js
- Build and manage backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express.js or Nest.js)
- Handle complete feature development across frontend and backend
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support deployment and basic application management (DevOps exposure preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React.js & Next.js
- Node.js (Express.js or Nest.js)
- Good understanding of:
- REST APIs & WebSockets
- JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- HTML, CSS, Tailwind or similar frameworks
- Experience with databases:
- MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with:
- Git & version control
- API tools like Postman
- Basic cloud concepts (AWS and preferred)
Must-Have
- Strong client communication skills
- Ability to independently handle requirement discussions and updates
- Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Docker)
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of AI integrations
