Job Description:
1. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Attendance Management: Maintaining daily and monthly attendance, including leave records.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinating monthly salary processing and resolving employee salary concerns.
- Statutory Compliance: Managing PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) documentation.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Sourcing & Screening: Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Joining Formalities: Handling induction, documentation, and onboarding for new joiners.
- Talent Acquisition: Developing recruitment strategies to meet departmental manpower needs.
3. HR Generalist & Administration
- Documentation: Maintaining employee personal files, records, and HRMS data.
- Employee Relations: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive workplace.
- Admin Support: Overseeing general office administration and ensuring compliance with factory standards.
4. Exit Management
- Formalities: Conducting exit interviews and completing full and final settlement processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: MBA-HR or MPM is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical for payroll), Tally, or specific HRMS software.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Waluj MIDC industrial regulations and labor laws.
