Job Description:
Position: Instrumentation Engineer
Location: Sarigam nearby Vapi
Experience: 3- 5 Years
Industries: Chemical
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have hands on experience of DCS & PLC, Honeywell C-300 with Profibus will be preferred.
- Must have knowledge of ISO system for Quality, health and safety
- Must have knowledge of statutory requirement
- Must have knowledge of hazardous area classification
- Should have experience of smart IMCC and RIO
- Should have knowledge of different protocols like HART, PROFIBUS, Ethernet IP etc.
- Thorough knowledge of smart field instrument maintenance and troubleshooting (like FT, PT, DPT, LT, control valve, Actuated on off valve, PSV, RD, PRV etc.)
- Should have experience of Instrument procurement, datasheet preparation, evaluation of offers
- Should have experience of brown field project planning, execution and resource allocation for fast execution of project
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to manage contractor as well as internal manpower
- Skill evaluation of juniors and provide training based on need
