Telecaller Executive

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our infrastructure company. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating with clients regarding infrastructure projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services (construction, real estate, infrastructure projects, etc.)
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and services
• Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients
• Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team
• Follow up with clients regularly for conversions
• Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling data handling)
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
• Good listening skills
