Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping
- Handle customer master data, credit management, and partner functions
- Work on pricing procedures, output determination, and tax configurations
- Support order-to-cash (O2C) cycle optimization
- Manage billing processes and invoice corrections
- Ensure smooth integration with FICO for revenue recognition and accounting postings
- Troubleshoot SD-related issues and improve business processes
Common Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirementsand translate them into SAP solutions
- Perform system configuration, testing (Unit Testing, UAT), and documentation
- Provide production support and issue resolution (L2/L3 support)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, ABAP, BASIS)
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects
- Experience in S/4HANA environmentpreferred
- Ability to debug issues and coordinate with ABAP team
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication and client-handling skills
- SAP Certification in FICO or SDis a plus
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
