Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Specialist – BIM Solutions to drive business growth and manage end-to-end sales operations. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding of BIM solutions and sales expertise to engage with clients, manage the sales pipeline, and lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in client engagement, contract negotiation, and market expansion, with a strategic mindset to support the company’s growth, especially in international markets such as Europe.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Sales Management
Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase, managing RFPs, tenders, and bid submissions
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
2. Market Expansion & Strategy
Identify and explore new business opportunities, particularly in the European BIM market
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging BIM technologies
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs)
Monitor team performance and drive lead generation and conversion efficiency
Provide training, guidance, and continuous feedback to enhance team capabilities
Review and audit sales proposals, contracts, and engagement terms
4. Operations & Commercial Oversight
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
Review purchase orders, contracts, and commercial agreements
Audit proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability
Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data management
5. Marketing & Industry Outreach
Build and nurture relationships through networking, social media, and industry platforms
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums
Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation

Key Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and client management
Experience handling international markets 
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting

Preferred Skills
Experience in Scan to BIM / BIM services / AEC domain
Exposure to tendering, bidding, and RFP processes
Strategic thinking with a revenue-driven mindset
