Job Description:
- Technical Supervision: Setting out site layouts, ensuring designs are accurately built on the ground, and conducting regular inspections.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
- Project Management:
Monitoring progress, preparing site reports, tracking materials, and managing budgets.
- Problem Solving: Resolving design or technical issues that arise on site, often under time constraints.
- Coordination: Acting as the liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in surveying instruments (total stations, GPS), CAD software, and reading technical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Certification: Valid driver's license (often required for site travel), along with safety certifications (e.g., OSHA
