Overview: -
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with strong exposure in Industrial Automation Sales & Services, OEM-based selling, and automation project solutions. The ideal candidate has worked with Pharma & FMCG clients and can also generate sales across other industrial sectors (Manufacturing, Packaging, Water, Process Industry, Machine Builders, etc.).
Key Responsibilities: -
Drive sales for Industrial Automation solutions: PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo Motion, Vision Systems, VFDs & Custom Automation.
Develop business with OEMs, Machine Builders, Integrators & End Users.
Meet customers, understand applications, and propose the right automation solution.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs & solution proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry → proposal → negotiation → order.
Build strong customer relationships across Pharma, FMCG & other industries.
Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and project delivery.
Track market trends, competition and identify new opportunities.
Required Skills: -
Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Automation systems.
Experience in OEM-based solution selling.
Exposure to Pharma & FMCG + ability to sell in other sectors.
Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to read and understand electrical/automation schematics.
Qualification: -
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics.
5–8 years of experience in Automation Sales or OEM Sales.
