Job Description:

The Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Content & Programming Manager to join the New Live Initiatives team. Reporting to the Global Director, you'll be at the heart of developing and curating the programming that defines our new event IPs — from stage experiences and creator collabs to panels, fan activations, and everything in between. You'll also contribute to content strategy as the Comic Con brand expands internationally.

What You'll Do

• Develop and curate end-to-end programming for new event IPs — live performances, creator-led content, panel discussions, fan experiences, and experiential activations
• Identify and onboard talent, speakers, creators, and collaborators that align with each IP's identity and audience
• Work closely with the Global Director to define the editorial and programming vision for each event
• Own content calendars, rundowns, and programming schedules — ensuring coherent, audience-first experiences
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and sponsorship teams to integrate brand narratives without compromising programming integrity
• Support content curation and programming adaptation for Comic Con's international market expansion
• Stay plugged into pop culture, creator economy, and live entertainment trends — globally and in India

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in content programming, curation, or production within live events, entertainment, or media
• Hands-on experience across multiple content formats — live performances, creator activations, experiential zones, or curated talks
• A strong instinct for what audiences want — and the ability to translate that into compelling on-ground programming
• Experience working with or managing creators, talent, or speakers
• Highly organised with strong project management skills — able to handle multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Exposure to international content trends or cross-market programming is a plus

Why This Role

• Build programming for IPs that are being created from scratch — your fingerprints will be all over them
• Exposure to international markets as Comic Con expands globally
• Work at the intersection of pop culture, live entertainment, and the creator economy
• Direct collaboration with a globally experienced leader in live entertainment
• Competitive compensation, negotiable based on experience

Backgrounds we're excited about: Live events and entertainment production, creator/influencer programming, festival content teams, or entertainment/media brands with strong programming functions.
