Job Description:
The candidate we are seeking for this role will also work in the area of Commercial (Post-Sales) activities. So, while the candidate will be primarily a Finance and Accounts person with below mentioned F&A related responsibilities with direct reporting to HOD Finance , the person would also see below areas of work under supervision of HOD Sales and Marketing
- Order file maintenance
- Commercial communication with the customer via email & calls.
- End-to-end Bank Guarantees
- Preparation of Proforma Invoices
- Debtors Management
- Preparation of Proforma Invoices
- Debtors Management
- Follow-ups with customers for payments and documentation
- Sending dispatch intimations to customers
- Maintenance of orders in hand
- Preparation of expected cash flow
