Job Description:
Position: Shift Engineer - Production
Location: Daman
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Monitor plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding
- Conduct tests like dimensional checks, visual inspection, and material testing
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and quality management systems
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Required Qualification: CIPET
