Python Developer (AIML )

Job Description:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level AI research and robust, production-grade engineering. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining the pipelines that power our AI/ML initiatives, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly performant.

The Tech Stack

• Core: Python, PySpark/Spark, AWS (S3, EMR, Lambda, SageMaker)

• The "Plus" List: Databricks, Terraform (IaC)

• Focus Areas: AI/ML Engineering, AI Agents, Scalable Data Systems

Your Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable data systems and distributed processing pipelines using PySpark and AWS.

• Deploy AI Solutions: Lead the engineering effort to integrate AI Agents and Machine Learning models into our core financial products.

• Operational Excellence: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and high availability of ML services.

• Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to manage cloud environments and ensure reproducible, scalable infrastructure.

• Collaborate: Work closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate complex business requirements into technical reality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on data-intensive applications.

• Python Expert: Strong hands-on experience with Python and its ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI).

• Cloud Native: Proven track record of building and deploying systems within AWS environments.

• Scaling Pro: Deep understanding of distributed computing (Spark/PySpark) and handling large-scale datasets.
