•Plan, coordinate, and ensure high-quality welding activities as per project requirements, safety standards, and timelines

•Coordinate repair and maintenance of welding machines

•Track welding rods, gases, consumables, and tools

•Ensure hot work and work-at-height safety protocols are strictly followed

•Apply knowledge of welding techniques including SMAW, TIG, MIG, and FCAW

•Read and interpret engineering drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)

•Promote strong safety awareness across the team

•Manage and lead a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Strong knowledge of welding techniques (SMAW, TIG, MIG, FCAW)

•Ability to read engineering drawings and WPS

•Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety standards

•Team management and effective communication skills

•Experience in welding activities in industrial or project environments

Experience:

•3 –5 years of experience in welding

Education:

•Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Welding, or related field
