πŸš€ Role Summary (Strategic + Execution Ownership) This is not a typical marketing role. You will own the entire digital growth engine of LaundryTO — including lead generation (franchise + customers), SEO dominance, funnel optimization, and revenue contribution.

πŸ‘‰ Build long-term organic visibility across India (and globally)

Core Responsibilities πŸ”Ή 1. Performance Marketing (Revenue Engine) You will be directly responsible for lead generation at scale. What you’ll do:

ο‚· Run and scale campaigns on: o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

ο‚· Build high-converting ad funnels: o Ad → Landing Page → Lead Form → CRM → Sales ο‚· Execute franchise lead campaigns (high-ticket acquisition)

ο‚· Optimize: o Cost Per Lead (CPL) o Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) o ROAS Expected Output:

ο‚· Predictable lead flow every week ο‚· Ability to scale budgets from β‚Ή50K → β‚Ή10L+/month

πŸ”Ή 2. SEO & Organic Growth This is a core pillar of this role. A. On-Page SEO ο‚· Optimize all service pages: o Laundry services o Dry cleaning o Franchise pages

ο‚· Implement: o Keyword optimization o Internal linking o Meta tags, schema, headings B. Technical SEO

ο‚· Improve: o Website speed o Mobile responsiveness o Crawlability & indexing

ο‚· Fix issues via: o Google Search Console o Core Web Vitals

ο‚· Work with developers for: o Clean architecture o SEO-friendly URLs C. Off-Page SEO Build high-quality backlinks via: o Guest posting o PR articles o Business listings

ο‚· Increase Domain Authority & Trust Score D. Local SEO Optimize all Google Business Profiles (GBP) for franchise stores

ο‚· Rank for: o “Laundry near me” o “Dry cleaners in [city]”

ο‚· Manage: o Reviews & ratings o Local citations E. Content SEO

ο‚· Plan and execute SEO-driven content strategy: o Blogs (e.g., stain removal, fabric care tips) o Franchise content (investment, ROI, guides)
