Job Description:
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bhilad near by Vapi
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
-
Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Power Press Machines, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Strong exposure to CFM (Central Facility Management) systems including utilities such as air compressors, chillers, and cooling systems.
- Experience in handling SPM (Special Purpose Machines) with a focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Proficient in maintenance of Grinding Machines (Lapping & Rotary) to ensure precision and surface finish quality.
- Working knowledge of VMC (Vertical Machining Centers) including mechanical, hydraulic, and basic CNC troubleshooting.
- Exposure to EDM (Electrical Discharge Machines) maintenance, including electrode handling and machine calibration.
- Experience with PFS (Power Feed Systems) and related mechanical assemblies.
- Capability to maintain and troubleshoot Electrical Panels, including control circuits, PLCs, and drives.
- Good understanding of Transformers, DG Sets (Diesel Generators), and overall plant electrical distribution systems.
- Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, minimize downtime, and improve equipment reliability.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory and company maintenance protocols.
