Job Description:
An Assistant Marketing Manager for a chain oversees regional or store-level marketing execution, driving brand consistency and sales across locations. Key responsibilities include coordinating localized campaigns, managing in-store promotional materials, analyzing location performance, and supporting corporate marketing strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Develop and implement localized promotional campaigns and in-store collateral to support chain-wide initiatives.
- Marketing Strategy Support: Execute yearly marketing plans, collaborating with regional managers to align with company goals.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all locations and marketing channels.
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate between store operations, sales teams, and corporate marketing to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track ROI on marketing spend, analyze competitor activities, and create performance reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Relationship Management: Manage partner relationships for localized sponsorships and advertising efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, chain, or B2C environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, social media management, and content creation.
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in interpreting data and market trends.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Focus Areas:
- Digital Integration: Managing social media accounts and ensuring digital presence is aligned with the brand.
- BTL Initiatives: Organizing ATL (TV, radio, OOH) and BTL (POS, events) promotional activities
