Job Description:

Position:      QA Executive

Location:     Vatva - Ahmedabad 

Experience:   5 - 7 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
• Monitor production processes to maintain compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
• Review and maintain batch records, logbooks, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with QC team for testing, analysis, and validation of results.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct internal audits and support external/customer inspections.
• Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Train production staff on quality procedures and documentation practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
