Junior Packaging Graphic Designer 

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–4 years

Role Overview

We are looking for junior designers/artworkers who understand packaging and printing basics and can execute accurate, production-ready artwork.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on speed, accuracy, and learning print workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt packaging artworks 
• Work on die-lines and understand tolerances of printing 
• Understand Pantone and Packaging constraints 
• Make client revisions quickly and accurately
• Follow SOPs for:
• File naming
• Version control
• Output preparation

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of:
• Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
• Photoshop
• Understanding of:
• Packaging layouts and die-lines
• Basic Pantone (PMS) usage
• Difference between RGB, CMYK and also have knowledge of colour and how it works in additive colour and subtractive colour spaces 
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple jobs daily

Preferred - Exposure to printing (offset / digital / gravure)
