Hiring for Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry in Aurangabad

Position: Export Engineer 02

Department: Import Export

Education - DME / BE

Experience:  Min 1 Years of Experience in International Sales & Marketing and Import-Export

Salary: up to 3.60 LPA

• To prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with CHA for Custom Clearance.
• To tack the shipment for Import and Export.
• To update the shipment status.
• To prepare documents to the bank for Import and Export payment.
• To prepare a commercial invoice.
• To clear the pending issues with respect to DGFT
• Account management (Payable and receivable)
• Sales and purchase analysis.
• To prepare MIS reports.
• To solve the customer query.
• Keep close coordination with all respective departments for dispatches.
• Monitoring customer daily schedule for export plan.
• Responsible for zero downtime, zero premium freight.
• Handling all logistics related activities for the exports and imports of goods and also warehouse management.
• Prepare and monitor all export-related documents.
• Recently initiated DBK/MEIS and achieve duty benefits on import consignments.
• Responsible for export packaging development for export of goods.
• Planning, controlling, scheduling for exports of parts & Machinery.
• Co-ordination with the customer for export schedule and also with CHA/Freight Forwarders.
• Prepare all invoice for CHA.
• Maintain all Document for MEIS, DBK, and letter of credit.
• Follow up to All department Finance, production, Marketing for smoothly process flow.
• Planning of CKD parts, Fasteners and other import materials, after production schedule received from customers.
• Import duty tracking on ICE gate and payment of the duty on a timely basis.
• Coordinating with CHA for timely filing of Bill of Entries and custom clearance.
• Verifying the invoices from the CHA for payments processing.
• Prepone/postpone the export-import consignment as per the requirement.
