Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end business development for an assigned industry/sector
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Perform lead generation through LinkedIn, databases, and outbound strategies
  • Initiate cold outreach via calls, emails, and messages
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Present company services and pitch HR consulting solutions
  • Share proposals, negotiate basics, and assist in closing deals
  • Manage client communication and follow-ups consistently
  • Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
