Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and supporting business decision-making through accurate and timely MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly).
Develop and manage dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
Perform data analysis using functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formulas.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
Generate insights and present data in a structured and meaningful format.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
Automate reports and improve existing MIS processes for efficiency.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends or discrepancies.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting/Formulas).
Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or related field preferred).
Background in Mathematics will be an added advantage.
Experience in MIS reporting and data management.
