Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of a growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, reporting, and driving financial efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
- Handle audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors and consultants
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Implement and improve financial controls and systems
- Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost control (preferred for manufacturing setup)
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
