Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive – Premium Doors, Wall panels & Doors
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in sales & marketing (Doors & Windows / Building Materials / Premium Home Solutions)
About the Role: We are looking for experienced and driven professionals from the doors and windows industry who have a strong background in selling premium products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of high-value customer segments and the ability to deliver consultative sales experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of premium doors and window solutions to architects, builders, interior designers, and end customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, developers, and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → site visits → product presentation → closure
- Deliver customized solutions based on client requirements
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the brand as a premium solution provider in the market
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing within: Doors & Windows / Premium Wardrobe/ Premium Kitchen Industry
- Aluminium systems / uPVC / Facade solutions
- Premium building materials or home improvement products
- Proven track record in selling high-value / premium products
- Strong network with architects, builders, and interior designers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate into customer benefits
- Frequent Travelling May be required
