🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Process Engineering SME who can drive operational excellence through advanced Industrial Engineering practices, lean manufacturing, and scientific work measurement techniques in heat transfer product manufacturing.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct advanced Time & Motion studies (MOST/MTM) & Yamazumi line balancing
✔️ Design and optimize manufacturing cells (Brazing furnaces, leak testing, etc.)
✔️ Lead PFMEA & implement Poka-Yoke for error-proof processes
✔️ Perform Value Stream Analysis (Current vs Future State)
✔️ Improve ergonomics & safety across workstations
✔️ Mentor junior engineers on Lean Six Sigma & IE tools
🎯 Key Skills Required:
* MOST / MTM Expertise
* Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
* AutoCAD & SAP/ERP knowledge
* Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams
