Experienced Candidates for the role of "# Sales # Engineer"
Qualification: BE/B.Tech electrical
Experience: 2 to 3 year in VFD Sales

Job Description:

  • Managing existing customers, generating new leads, opportunities, new customers & building customer relationship.
  • Candidate should have thorough experience in industrial sales of electrical & automation products, core competency on VFD or AC-Drives.
  • Achieve sales target assigned by sales manager for dedicated region or segment (F&B, Industry, End User & OEM).
  • Regular meeting with customers over the phone, e-mail or visit to assist in technical, applications and commercial aspects of sales process.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Assessment of inquiries on CRM
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Active participation in weekly sales review
  • Should know how to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and achieve it.
  • Constant upgradation of knowledge on technology and competitive trends and market dynamics
