Reporting Structure

- Manages:
- Franchise Sales Managers
- Tele-calling / Lead Qualification Team
- Channel Partners / Brokers
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES (WITH EXECUTION CLARITY)
- Expansion Strategy & Planning
- Define city-wise expansion roadmap (Tier 1, 2, 3)
- Identify high ROI micro-markets (dense residential, student zones, premium areas)
- Decide cluster strategy (5–10 stores per city before next expansion)
π Deliverable:
- Monthly Expansion Plan (City + No. of stores + model mix)
- Lead Generation Engine Ownership
- Build multi-channel pipeline:
- Webinars (education-based selling)
- Digital campaigns (Meta, Google)
- Franchise portals
- Events & exhibitions
- Referral & broker networks
π Deliverable:
- Minimum 300–500 qualified leads/month
- Sales Funnel Management (MOST CRITICAL)
Full ownership of pipeline:
Stages:
Lead → Qualified → Meeting → Financial Discussion → Site Discussion → Booking → Agreement

- Daily pipeline review

- Sales pitch refinement
- Handling high-ticket prospects personally

- Conduct:
