Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in managing operations, order processing, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EVA software, SAP, and advanced Excel, ensuring smooth backend sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning
• Handle order entries, invoicing, and documentation in EVA software and SAP
• Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and dashboards using Excel
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery to clients
• Communicate with clients for order updates, queries, and support
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Assist in inventory coordination with production and warehouse teams
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Any relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Coordination role
• Hands-on experience in EVA Software and SAP
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in plastic, polymer, or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of order lifecycle and supply chain processes
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
