Job Description:

Position               : Assistant Manager QA/QC – Transformer Radiator

Experience          : 4–10 Years

Salary                   : 4.00 to 6.00 LPA

Qualification       : BE Mechanical / Diploma (Mechanical)

Gender                : Male

Job Location       : Kashipura, POR (Nr. Vadodara)

Transportation   : Yes from Makarpura, Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle overall quality control for transformer radiators and transformer tanks
• Manage QC team and ensure proper inspection at all production stages
• Monitor leakage testing, pressure testing, welding quality, and dimensional accuracy
• Reduce rejection, rework, and improve product quality
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain quality documentation and audit readiness

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and inspection processes
• Experience in radiator / transformer / fabrication industry preferred
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle QA/QC Team
