Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote financial products, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers about financial services such as loans, credit cards, or investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
