Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the R&D activities of assigned projects to ensure work is properly prioritized and completed in timely manner to deliver results.
- Execute new products from conception to commercialization by working with sales, marketing, operation, purchasing and quality assurance.
- Maintain external and marketplace awareness related to new concepts, products, ingredients technologies and trends.
- Work cross functionally to communicate and lead development of new products and technologies.
- Identify new technologies, ingredients, materials and processes that provide product and operational improvements.
- Provide technical support to operations to ensure product excellence and cost efficiency for new product launches.
- Seek innovation solution directed at supporting continuous improvement.
- Actively seek to enhance technical skills through project experience, seminars, professional conference and training programs.
