A Junior Structural Engineer assists in designing, modeling, and analyzing RCC, steel, and masonry structures under senior supervision. Key responsibilities include creating drawings in AutoCAD/Revit, running analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS), performing load calculations, preparing reports, and conducting site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Analysis: Perform structural analysis and design calculations for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Modeling & Drafting: Develop structural models using software like ETABS, SAP2000, or SAFE, and assist in producing structural drawings.
- Documentation: Prepare design reports, calculation sheets, and technical specifications.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and drafters to ensure design consistency.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design drawings, and resolve site issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local building codes and standards.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or Revit.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering mechanics, structural analysis, and construction materials.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
