Job Description:

Role: IT Head

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable)

• Oversee the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP (S4 HANA) across modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, QM, WM, PM, etc.).
• Ensure effective integration of SAP with business stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce downtime, and ensure SAP supports operational efficiency.
• Lead SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., S/4 HANA), and rollouts of new functionalities.
IT Strategy & Digital Transformation
• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with manufacturing and business goals.
• Enhance data analytics and business intelligence through SAP BW/BI, Power BI, or similar tools.
Infrastructure & Operations
• Manage IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud hosting of SAP, networks, servers, cybersecurity).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP and other mission-critical applications.
• Implement robust data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Leadership & Governance
• Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within the IT & SAP support team.
• Manage external vendors, SAP implementation/support partners, and IT service providers.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Experience: 12–18 years of IT experience, with minimum 5–7 years of SAP leadership in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP (S4 HANA)
• Proven track record in SAP implementation, upgrade, and support management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.
