Job Description – Project Executive (B.E Electrical) | Fresher / Experienced

Job Title:

Project Executive – Electrical

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma candidates may also be considered (depending on company)

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–3 years experience in electrical projects, site execution, maintenance, or installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation work at project sites.
• Handle cable laying, panel erection, wiring, and testing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
• Ensure work completion as per drawings and deadlines.
• Prepare daily progress reports and project documentation.
• Monitor material requirements and inventory.
• Ensure safety standards and quality compliance.
• Attend client/site meetings when required.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, panels, transformers, HT/LT work.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• MS Excel / reporting skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel / work at project sites.

For Freshers:

• Training will be provided.
• Basic technical knowledge and learning attitude required.

Salary:

• Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
• Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (depends on company & experience)
