 Position:       Head- Moulding Production

Location:       Zaroli - Vapi

Experience:   18 - 20 Years

Responsibilities

• Production Management (Multi-Plant)
• Oversee moulding production operations across all plants.
• Ensure achievement of production targets in line with customer demand.
• Monitor OEE, machine utilization, and productivity improvement.
• Drive adherence to production planning and scheduling.
• Process Optimization & Control
• Establish standardized injection moulding processes across plants.
• Optimize cycle time, rejection levels, and machine efficiency.
• Ensure proper parameter setting, process stability, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement in moulding processes.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Monitor in-process quality and reduce defects and rejections.
• Coordinate with QA for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to control plans and process documentation.
• Maintenance & Tooling Coordination
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper mould maintenance, trial management, and readiness.
• Reduce breakdowns and improve MTBF.
• Cost & Efficiency Management
• Control production costs including manpower, material, and energy.
•  Drive cost reduction initiatives and waste elimination.
• Improve overall plant efficiency and profitability.
• Manpower & Team Development
• Lead and develop production teams across plants.
• Define manpower planning and skill matrix.
• Conduct training programs and performance reviews.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and productivity on shop floor.
• Customer Coordination
• Support new product trials and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate with customers for production-related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Safety & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to EHS standards and safe working practices.
• Promote safety culture across all plants.
