Job Description:

Technical Skills :

Design And Development :

• Conceptualize, design, and detail precision fixtures, jigs, and gauges specifically for heat exchanger assembly and testing processes.

Technical Analysis And Validation :

• Create comprehensive technical layouts, assembly drawings, and detailed part drawings using advanced CAD software.

Production Support And Optimization :

• Develop and validate gauge designs for in-process and final inspection to ensure all components meet exacting dimensional and geometric tolerances.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Design teams to ensure manufacturability and design for excellence (DFX) principles are integrated from the outset.
• Spearhead the design, development, and qualification of new tools, jigs, and fixtures required for production.
• Manage relationships with tooling vendors, from concept through to final approval and commissioning.
• Oversee the installation and validation of new equipment, ensuring it meets all technical and safety specifications.
