Job Description:

Position:      Quality Engineer

Location:     Palghar

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Industries:   Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials (tin sheets, coatings, inks, etc.)
• Monitor in-process quality during printing, forming, and finishing stages
• Check dimensions, leakage, sealing, and visual quality of containers
• Ensure compliance with packaging and customer quality standards
• Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
• Identify defects and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Use 7 QC tools for defect analysis and process improvement
• Coordinate with production for quality control and rejection reduction
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance in packaging processes

Required Skills

Required Qualification:- Diploma - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 2.50 LPA
