Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Quickly learn processes and execute assigned tasks efficiently
Create and maintain accurate product catalogues
Ensure tasks are completed within timelines without errors
Maintain proper documentation of work
Update daily trackers to reflect task progress
Meet defined SLA and quality standards consistently
Identify and escalate potential SLA or quality issues proactively
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve targets
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and ownership
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Position Details:
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Contract (4 Months)
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Contract Renewal: Based on performance
Preferred Experience:
Experience in product catalogue management, website content, or content development
Familiarity with e-commerce/catalog domain
Basic understanding of e-commerce trends and marketplace dynamics
