Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned business leader to drive end-to-end growth across E-commerce, D2C, and Offline Retail channels. The role will own P&L, scale omnichannel presence, and build a high-performance execution-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Business Leadership

  • Own overall P&L and growth roadmap
  • Drive topline and profitability simultaneously
  • Build annual and quarterly growth plans
  • Identify new growth opportunities across channels

2. Omnichannel Expansion

  • Scale offline retail presence across India
  • Build and expand franchisee model
  • Improve store productivity and unit economics
  • Manage modern trade and shop-in-shop expansion

3. E-commerce Growth

  • Manage marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Amazon etc.
  • Improve rankings, sell-through and inventory turns
  • Drive seasonal sales planning and campaign execution
  • Optimize assortment and pricing strategy

4. D2C Growth

  • Drive website revenue growth
  • Improve conversion rates and customer journey
  • Build CRM, retention and repeat business programs
  • Manage performance marketing ROI

5. Operations Excellence

  • Oversee warehousing and fulfillment
  • Manage dispatch and logistics efficiency
  • Implement packaging and QC systems
  • Vendor management and procurement optimization

6. Team Building

  • Build leadership team and functional heads
  • Create SOP-driven organization
  • Drive weekly MIS, dashboards and accountability
  • Build performance-oriented culture

7. Founder Enablement

  • Act as execution arm of founders
  • Free founder bandwidth from daily operations
  • Build scalable systems and processes
  • Drive execution discipline across teams

Required Skills
