Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Marketing Management
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Promote courses, events, success stories, admissions, and achievements
- Coordinate with departments for regular content generation
- Monitor engagement, comments, inquiries, and respond professionally
- Maintain content calendar and campaign tracking
- Manage paid promotions (if assigned)
2. Graphic Design & Creative Work
- Design creative materials including:
- Posters
- Pamphlets
- Banners
- Standee designs
- Certificates
- Social media creatives
- Ensure branding consistency across all designs
- Work on print-ready and digital designs
- Software usage:
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Canva (if required)
3. Presentation & Content Development
- Create dynamic and professional PowerPoint presentations for:
- Management
- Donors
- Training programs
- Events and workshops
- Convert raw data into visually engaging charts, infographics, and slides
- Maintain standard presentation templates
4. Digital Platform Management
- Manage and operate:
- Salesforce CRM
- WhatsApp WATI automation platform
- Lead tracking, follow-ups, and campaign integration
- Coordinate with admissions and training teams for data accuracy
- Maintain digital records and dashboards
5. Website & Online Presence
- Regular website updates:
- Course details
- News & events
- Photo galleries
- Success stories
- Coordinate with developers (if any) or update content directly (CMS)
- Ensure website content is updated, accurate, and SEO-friendly
6. Google Tools & Analytics
- Manage and optimize:
- Google Business Profile
- Respond to reviews and queries
- Post updates and photos
- Track and analyze:
- Google Analytics
- Website traffic, visitors, user behavior
- Prepare monthly digital performance reports
7. Microsoft & IT Administration Support
- Support Microsoft Admin tasks including:
- Microsoft 365 user management
- Email ID creation and controls
- SharePoint and OneDrive coordination
- Assist in digital system documentation
- Coordinate with IT Coordinator for digital infrastructure activities
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of:
- Digital campaigns
- Design work
- Analytics reports
- Prepare monthly and quarterly digital progress reports
- Support audits, presentations, and management reviews
9. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Suggest new digital strategies to improve reach and enrollment
- Explore new tools, platforms, and trends
- Support digital transformation initiatives

Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in IT, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related field
- Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
- 1–3 years in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or IT-related roles
- Freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered
