  • Must have good negotiation skills to deal with business partners.
  • Should be able to handle customer queries over the phone, email and chat and give appropriate solution.
  • Should have a zeal to excel and achieve goals and targets.
  • Should be comfortable in working in a target oriented environment.
  • Must be flexible to adapt changes within the organization.
