Ecovita is looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations, coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient in handling multiple responsibilities, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management:
    Manage appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for senior management.
  • Communication Handling:
    Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain records.
  • Coordination:
    Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Travel Arrangements:
    Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Administrative Support:
    Manage emails, calls, filing, and other day-to-day office tasks.
  • Confidentiality:
    Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Profile:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
