Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience in procurement activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling purchase processes, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and order placement
• Maintain and update purchase records, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely delivery of materials
• Track orders and ensure timely procurement as per company requirements
• Maintain proper inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
• Compare prices and quality to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement role
• Good knowledge of vendor management and purchase processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
