Hiring Process Analyst - Ahmedabad

 

Position: Process Analyst

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Experience: 0.6+ years

Time: 10:00am - 7:30pm (Mon - Fri)

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to support and manage backend operations, data processing, and process documentation. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of processes, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting insurance or financial service-related workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities

Perform backend operational tasks in accordance with defined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Handle data processing, validation, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

Prepare and maintain reports, including dashboards, charts, and MIS reports.

Ensure process documentation is accurate and updated at all times.

Support underwriting or insurance-related processes, including document verification and data review.

Manage end-to-end process execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide updates.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation where required.

Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and compliance in all assigned tasks.

 

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data handling, reporting).

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Understanding of backend operations and process-driven work environments.

Basic knowledge of insurance, underwriting, or financial services will be an advantage.

 

Qualifications

Any Graduate (Non-Technical preferred).

0.6+ years of relevant experience in backend operations, MIS, BPO/KPO, or insurance processes.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in insurance, BFSI, or process outsourcing environments.

Exposure to underwriting lifecycle or policy processing will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
