What You’ll Do

Lead Projects: Manage projects from start to finish—from receiving the order to dispatching the machine. Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and timely project execution.

Deliver Quality: Ensure machines meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications before dispatch.

Handle Documentation: Maintain proper and thorough project records, including checklists, photos, and reports.

Costing & Planning: Prepare accurate project budgets and estimates while optimizing resources.

Solve Problems: Address project challenges by providing practical solutions and driving them to resolution.

Sales Related: Send Quotes to customers after understanding the requirements of customers.

Support Customers: Attend to customers during inspections and trials of machines, ensuring a positive experience.

Drive Improvements: Lead initiatives for process optimizations to enhance efficiency and overall performance.

Provide Updates: Regularly update management with clear, timely reports on project progress and milestones.

Take Ownership: Proactively adapt to company requirements, improving processes and leading additional responsibilities as needed.

Who You Are

Education:

• A Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics (MBA preferred but not required).

Experience:

• 8-10years of experience in project management in machine manufacturing
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and fundamentals of machine 
• Working knowledge of automation, PLC, AC drives, hydraulics, and  (preferred but not required)

Skills:

• Provenability to lead projects and teams with strong organizational and leadership
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing timely 
• Excellent communication skills and high energy levels to connect with both customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Emails & English Language.
