Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage and maintain MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments/external stakeholders
- Track important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences
- Assist in decision-making by providing relevant data and insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
