Business Analyst

Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, coordinating between stakeholders and the development team, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), User Stories, Use Cases, and Wireframes.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Conduct requirement clarification meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Assist QA teams during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate delivered solutions.
• Identify process improvements and suggest solutions to improve product functionality and business efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello or similar tools
• Ability to create wireframes, flow diagrams, and functional documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Domain Experience (Preferred) Candidates with experience in the following domains will be preferred:
• Fintech Projects
• ERP / CRM Systems
• Warehouse Management Systems
• Calculation-based or logic-heavy applications

Additional Advantage
• Experience writing test cases
