Job Description:
1. Process Safety Management (PSM) Implementation
-
Execute and support all 14 elements of PSM across the plant.

Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) including HAZOP, HIRA, What-If, LOPA, and Risk Assessments.

Maintain and update P&IDs, PFDs, safety data sheets (SDS), and process safety information (PSI).

Ensure Management of Change (MOC) procedures are followed for any process modification.
2. Process Safety Assurance
-
Monitor process safety KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, and ensure reporting & corrective actions.

Conduct audits, plant safety inspections, and compliance reviews for process units.

Verify implementation and closure of recommendations from HAZOP, incident investigations, audits, etc.
