About the Role:

Fine Packaging is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior General Manager to take complete ownership of business operations. This role is designed for a leader who can independently manage the organization’s day-to-day functioning, streamline processes, and build a strong foundation that enables promoters to focus on strategic growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end plant and business operations
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence
• Implement robust systems, processes, and controls to reduce promoter dependency
• Monitor and manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
• Strengthen vendor management and supply chain operations
• Ensure adherence toc
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business scalability

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing / packaging / MSME sector
• Prior experience as Plant Head / Operations Head / General Manager
• Strong expertise in operations management, team leadership, and financial control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to drive execution on the ground
