Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive (Fresher) who will support daily online business operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in e-commerce, digital operations, and online retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing & Catalog Management:
Upload product details such as title, description, and specifications
Maintain proper product categorization and basic data accuracy
Ensure images and content are correctly updated
2. Order Processing Support:
Assist in processing daily orders
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order dispatch
Track order status and update records
3. Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain records using Excel (basic functions)
Prepare simple reports related to orders, listings, and inventory
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
4. Customer Support Coordination:
Assist in handling basic customer queries (training will be provided)
Support in resolving issues related to orders, returns, or exchanges
5. Coordination & Operations Support:
Work closely with internal teams like warehouse and accounts
Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Required Skills:
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
* Good communication skills (verbal & written)
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Basic understanding of online platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
* BCA graduates or candidates with interest in e-commerce/digital operations
* Freshers looking to start their career in online business operations
